dirty room...no porch furniture...no hairdryer...no safe in the room...horrible tv ...food was fair....don't even attempt to call back to the states...it cost you every time you pick up the phone....manager very unreasonable....very disappointed...never again!

had a great time! I read the reviews before I left and was worried.I dont know where some of the reviews came from I didnt have any problems.I would recommend Riu to everyone.
