Didn't like the security there they kept checking my sister several times if she was staying in the hotel, which she was. I had a problem with my air conditioning in rooms and call several times and never came up to fix it. since I was only staying there for 3 days so I just left as is.

me and my husband went jun 2007 was very hot the pools needed to be cleaned both adults and kids we did the all inclusive . they need to change the food we had the same food for lunch and dinner will not go back again .

We went the last week of Jan. It must be the off season because it was not crowded. The weather was in the 80s and there were no bugs! The hotel was always clean and the grounds were beautiful.
