FAMILY OF FOUR LOVED THE HOTEL !!!! THE ROOMS ARE IN NEED OF MAKE OVERS, BUT NOT BAD! THE ONLY TIME WE WAS THERE WAS TO SHOWER AND SLEEP ANY WAY! THE ROOMS HAVE CABLE SO WE WATCH TV IN ENGLISH AS WELL. THE STAFF WAS NICE, AND THE WAITERS BROUGHT YOU YOUR DRINKS RIGHT TO THE POOL OR BEACH. THE FOOD WAS FRESH AND HOT. THE KIDS ALSO LOVED THE SNCK ...

My friends and I have travelled around the world and this was by far the worst vacation ever! We could not wait to go home!! The hotel had no accomodations, it was dirty, it had broken down elevators, warm beverages, no ice, etc. The beach and sidewalk vendors made every minute of our trip a frustrating nightmare! It's incredible that this hotel is still in operation.

This HOTEL is not at all 3 Star. DO NOT take"All Inclusive" as the food quality & choices are VERY VERY limited.
If you have a car, you are definitely looking for PROBLEMS!!! THERE ARE MANDATORY CHARGES FOR VALET PARKING WITH "INEXPERIENCED DRIVERS" WHO CAN DAMAGE YOUR CAR. HOTEL MANAGEMENT DOESN'T EVEN CARE.

The people of Acapulco are great. The weather was fantastic. ALL-INCUSIVE is defanitly the way to go!!! Beer, food & pina colada, snacks and more!! All paid in advance, no worries!

We got a great internet deal where we stay for 3 nights and the 4 was free! So we opted for the ocean view which was $15 a night more, but WOW! The view we got was BEAUTIFUL!

If I got the internet deal again, I would probably come back here again :) Otherwise it isnt worth $80 a night for me
