The travel agent did not tell us that this hotel was a Spring break head office . It was noisy, day and night and the behavior of some guests was disgusting. But nobody cared.
The breakfast by the pool was cancelled and we had our meals in a kind of cheap cafeteria, noisy, boozy and smoky.

A high-class hotel, clean, with good service and excellent food. Terrific panorama of the ocean!The only thing I found a little unconfortable was the charged access to the net.

I loved the Copacabana, it was clean, centrally loacted to shopping, clubs etc. The staff were pleasant and helpful, the food was fine, there was enough of a selection that I always found enough food to eat. I felt safe at the Copacabana and so did my 14 yr old daugher. The Bay was warm and shallow and the beach very clean. The nightly entertainment needed improvement.
