So I arrive with my wife in this cute little town with no real expectations of finding other than a local meal. How surprised was I to not only find a restaurant but an unbelievable one. Don't miss this restaurant if you are visiting Talkeetna. Great food and service and reasonable prices. The Seafood Chowder with lots of scallops, halibut, and crab is the very best we've ever experienced. Do yourself a favor.OVERALL

YummyIn the town that inspired Northern Exposure on TV, and is the closest town with the best view of the Denali Alaskan Mountain range, which includes Mt.
