1) Arrival: When we first arrived, there was a woman coming out of the hotel in a cocktail dress, on a stretcher. We were told by a wedding goer, that she had slipped on some wet marble/stone. We should have seen this as a sign. 2) Reception: No hello, how are you, may we see your passport- Just: "do you have a voucher?" We said, ...
We've been to Dreams twice so far. Both experiences were with a pretty large group of friends.. Not a single person had a complaint about this wonderful facility. One year we decided to try a different place, Puerto Valarta, which was a terrible terrible experience. Made you really miss and appreciate the super friendly staff, who all seem to ...
I don't have any complaints on the facility itself. The location isn't great and there really isn't much of a beach. But what I was completely mad about is the fact that I was charged an extra $400 because Dreams claims I paid for one adult and one child. I booked through Orbitz and had all of the paperwork showing otherwise, but ...

Honeymoon @ Dreams review

Enjoyed every part of this hotel. Clean, great service and our favorite waiter is Martin from World Cafe. Heck we even took a picture with him. It is apparent that this is not brand new resort, but it well exceeding my expectations where it really counts.
My wife did a great job choosing this resort!

Going back in September 2009

Perfection is the first word that comes into my thoughts. This was the 7th time I have been to Cancun. This time I treated my 3 grown daughters to vacation in Cancun, as they have never been. We just returned Monday (7/27/09) and already I told my husband that we are going back this summer. This is my 3rd time at this hotel, and the first time ...
We went here for our honeymoon, and after going here, I don't think we'll ever think any other hotel/resort is good. This place was a great value and a wonderful stay. We will go back again!
I thought the food was very good. The rooms were nice but could be updated. The wedding was amazing but the wedding planner forgot the videographer. I was pretty bummed about that. The tower beach is amazing and where we spent most of our time. All of our guests enjoyed it.

All the staff were amazing they couldnt do enough for us, the entertainment staff would take us out on the evenings which made us feel very safe we also got up graded to the dolphin veiw room which was amazing. i read someone said the sun would have been blarring through the windows but it was amazing the windows were all tinted so there was no ...
This hotel is better than your average all-inclusive. The food is not 5 star dining, but they offer a lot of options including 24 hour room service. It is large enough that it does not feel crowded and in walking distance to the downtown area. We also took advantage of excursions. The beach is beautiful and the staff is very attentive.
Just got back last week. My wife, 2 year old, and I first stayed four days at The Palace in Cozumel and then the last four days at Dreams which we had read was the best thing since apple pie.
Somebody got it wrong. If I had to do it over again, I would have chosen one of the Palace resorts rather than Dreams.
