we really enjoyed the views that toronto had to offer and also the location of the hotel and the maps and directions were good we never got lost at all.

Not only was the location excellent, within walking distance from the train station, hockey arena, lakefront, and shopping, but the staff treated us as part of their family, many stopping and talking with us just to talk! I'm no wealthy traveler, but I sure felt special there. Great views of the city and lake, too!

Nice view of Lake Ontario, within walking distance to the financial district of Toronto and the Air Canada center. Great selection of restaurant on premises. Hotel is well maintained and professionally decorated for the business or leisure trip.

The rooms have high speed internet, are clean and have comfortable beds. The staff is polite, firendly and courteous.

The staff seemed to me to be pleasant and helpful. We loved this hotel! Rooms are nice, food great, very clean and panorama of the lake is wonderful. Location is FAIR, fut you can deal with it. We did not like valet parking, took way too long to get our car. I hope if they drop prices on some rooms, we will comeback soon...
