The hotel is dirty, expensive and no parking without paying, for over 1 hundred dollars for one night, you would think you would at least get breakfast. The whole city is a mess. Word of advise if going to Niagara Falls stay somewhere outside of the city and drive to the falls it is cheaper. No ice machines, very noisy, the smell was horrible, 6 channels on tv. Upside can walk to falls, casino ect.
The room was very nice and clean. I want to commend the hotel on the purchase of new beds, bedding and pillows. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on. No aching backs in morning.
Location is great. You are close enough to walk to all attractions.
Service was great at front desk and cleaning personnel kept room very clean.
This is are second stay at this hotel and I will be returning in the future. Great location and price.
Loved the location - Hated Everything Else! No Breakfast even though it stated there was breakfast included for our entire stay! The main elevator smelled horrible & when we asked about it they said it was due to heavy use!!! We were also charged $17 per night to park in Their parking lot! And they gave us the Wrong Room Type even though I ...
We stayed in Niagara Falls for 3 nights, 4 days. The staff at the Days Inn Suites were great! They were always there for us, giving us suggestions on where to go and how to get there. They even suggested Crystal Beach (15 min) drive from the falls at Lake Erie, it was wonderful! Definitely a place to go!
