Hotel was secure and clean. Handiness to downtown was great. Club Floor amenties were awesome. Room had a few gliches. Adjust a bed didn't work, bathroom door didn't lock, tv didn't work properly. However, plusses outweigh the minuses. Paying for parking is extra and shouldn't be. Elevators were acting up causing kids some fear. ...

This was the best service I have received at any hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff will help you out with what ever you need - it is really a home away from home!
