the only postive comment i can give is on the staff, if it were not for their pleasant attitudes i would of rather slept in my car, the carpets were filthy, unbelievable, obviously the owner of this hotel has not put much money into it, it needs major overhaul, we will never go back there,

We stayed at the Sandman for Ironman and found our kitchenette room to be very small and out dated, and the cost to be very high - over $200 per night. It was quiet and close to the event which was a plus.

Staff attitudes are terrific. Willingness to go above and beyond regular service, with a cheery and helpful manner, are delightfully refreshing. Thank you.
