We stayed in the hotel just recently and found out that the dust we had to breathe in just to get to our room was full of asbestos. Thanks for shortening our lives. I hope everyone gets checked out after staying their. It could be a death sentence.

This place was run down and based on the fact that we booked 19 rooms we should have got a better deal on the rooms. Our room stunk like smoke and we went out and bought a blanket to put on the fold out bed.

For $100/night (based on a four night stay!)we didn't even get maid service! We had to go and find someone to give us clean towels.

My car was broken into in the parking lot one of the nights I was there.

Oxford Castle Inn is a must stay on any trip to victoria. They have clean rooms, good service, and a great pool. The area they is situated in is full of other hotels and inns, but this particular inn is the best. The only problem we had was the bees in the parking lot. When parking there i recomend to move quickly and not to agrivate the yellow jackets.
