We got a room that faced the inside of the hotel, dissappointing. There was also mold on our shower curtain. Expensive compared to the other hotels on our trip to Yellowstone. Great town though, lots of restaurants and a Walmart to get supplies.

Best part of staying there were the beds. I have back problems at most hotels but not here.
The food is excellent and has a wonderful Continental Breakfast. Best we have ever had and large variety to choose from. My hats off to the chefs and food personnel.
Compares to upscale hotels like the Hyatt, but half the price.

The atmosphere of the Steak House was quite nice but the steaks weren't as I was prepared for. Not tender and flavorful. The menu has the widest variety of fare I've seen in the area. The staff, especially the manager was very attentive and personable. The food just didn't measure up.

Every time I have gone to the Holiday Inn (Scooters), the service has been extremely slow. They always seem to be understaffed. The food is good but you have to wait for them to kill and butcher the meat.
