How are they still in business?The staff were evil in its purest form. We were not given the rooms we had arranged. Some of the rooms are really trashy while some are decent (luck of the draw). I normally do not write reviews but I have never been treated so horribly in my life so I guess you could say they inspired me!OVERALL

Stay Somewhere ElseStayed here because attending a conference at this hotel - should have drove to the conference and found a hotel I could relax in. It's old and dirty. My shower sprayed more water out the faucet than the shower head. And that was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever had at a hotel (usually stay at Comfort Inns, etc). DON'T SPEND YOUR $$ HERE!!!!My recent stay in Wyoming left me with a bad taste of the entire state all because of my stay at this hotel. I am an avid traveler and have always enjoyed my stay in Casper because of the people I have met there. Looking forward to a trip back to CasperI really liked the look of the lobby - it was very rustic and exactly what I expected of the old west. It reminded me of the "Ponderosa" - I half-expected the Cartwright Brothers to come through with saddles in their arms and spurs on their feet.

Wasnt too badWe stayed here for a tournement one night. Rooms were older but very clean and well taken care of. My only complaint really was the wireless internet was somewhat of a joke. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!The food from the restraunt was really bad the kids wouldnt even eat the chicken strips. The beds were old and uncomfortable and the remote for the tv's didn't even work. The ONLY place to stay in CasperLove this place. We've stayed here many, many times. Even our dogs like it! Great rates, friendly staff, all the amenities, excellent location - easy to get to - and cool walking paths along the river. Don't waste your time and money going anywhere else if you can help it. Unethical business practices...I was quoted a rate of $50.00 a night. I made two reservations and was given a confirmation number for each.
When I arrived at Parkway Plaza to check in, the Desk Clerk informed me that he couldn’t give me the rate and that it was to be increased to $95.00 per night. I asked to speak to the Manager.

Great experienceI have stayed at the Parkway Plaza Hotel three times in the past three months. Each time, I have found the rooms lovely, clean and always well taken care of. The people at the front desk will anything they can to help you. The gym is small, but nice. And the pool and hot tub are great. The restaurant has surprisingly good food, at a modest price.
