After reading all the reviews I was worried. So I did some research on the lottery website state.wv.us/lottery/vidsum. And it didn't look as bad as some people made it out to be. And we had a wonderful time. The dealers were nice. The employees were helpful. The food was at the LaBonne Vie was excellent! I didn't win big but was treated well.
