This hotel is all form and no function. The bed was hard with pillows that were also uncomfortable. The one chaise in the room was like sitting on a board. The chair at the desk was practically backless and made if plastic.

It is conveniently located but that is just about the only positive thing about it.

The lobby is asthetically cold and unwelcoming. Most of the staff are stiff and rude.

The people, service, and bad were great! The rooms were spacious, and clean. The rates were reasonable.

the hotel is ok, not great, not bad, just ok. the front desk messed up our reservation twice on arrival, they put us in rooms we did not ask for ie a queen when we specifically requested a king. the view is very limited.

We were giving a room by Northwestern airlines because we missed our connecting flight to Maui. The hotel was very close to the airport so that was a plus.
