Nothing special about this hotel, however, it is actually a little nicer than the typical airport Holiday Inns you will find. Getting in and out of the parking lot was a bit complicated though.

There were several things I didn't like about this place:

I lived in Seattle for 4 years. I had to attend training at the Holiday Inn. I stayed there for the convenience of getting to training on time in the morning. However I was pleased with the staff, cleanliness, and the food. If you are staying only for business its a good place.

Got stranded at Sea-Tac when Alaska Air had no flight crew for jet to Alaska. Put me up at the Hilday Inn. It was a Holiday Inn. Did have another customer enter room after being issued same key, UGH! Clean enough, staff was ok. Hey it was free and got to see the wharf area via a shuttle....airport hotel plain and simple. Downtown 25mins away....shuttle did take an hour back as the hotel was last on the route, better done with the bus.

Clean Nice rooms and Good staff. The pool was very nice and the restaraunt had very good food with quick service. I will return again when i'm in the area.

I was surprised at the cobwebs on the hallway lights on 3rd floor! Meals were very expensive but good waitstaff. Beds were uncomfortable and maid kept coming in our room at 7:00 am to clean. The room was comfortable and clean enough, but not really different from a cheaper motel. It was not worth the price I paid for the room. The revolving restaurant does not exist anymore. I could never get their free high-speed internet to work, but that might have been exclusive to my computer.

This hotel has a little surprise for customers that use the parking lot. You must pay $8.00 a day plus tax to park. Not a very good deal for customers already paying too much for the room and not very helpful front desk staff at check in.
