We really like staying at this hotel, because of it's location to Historic Williamsburg, you are within walking distance. The rooms are clean, decor is nice, bed is comfortable, but need new linens and better pillows. The chair was too large for room. Hallway carpets are all rippled and starting to wear, accident waiting to happen. Will not ...
Clean, nice and efficient staff, beautiful pool, comfortable beds, nicely decorated, quiet, and all at a great price! We even had a refrigerator in our room which we were not expecting but came in very handy. Nice area which is close to all the attractions. I would love to stay again!

Within walking distance of Colonial Williamsburg. Just a short drive from Busch Gardens. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was incredibly small, however it was clean and very functional. Staff was polite. We were there during the week and it was quiet and restful. Would visit there again.

I stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. I liked the lay out of the 2 bedroom suite, the beds were comfortable but the suite carpeting was so very dirty, my daughters feet were black from the carpet, lots of stains and dirt. They really need to clean the carpets. The kitchen stove was full of grease and the oven door was broken. They did not leave us ...
We arrived in Williamsburg shortly after 1pm, after driving 4.5 hours, and I had called on Monday before our arrival that we'd be checking in early. I was told that a room would be ready. We get there, and got told that check-in is at 3pm, and there's no rooms available. When asked about the King Bed upgrade, was told that there were no ...

The hotel had some bad reviews in the past but after staying there, I can see that they have fixed ALL the things people had complained about. The phone operator, Janet, helped us with directions as well as brochures to local attractions. The pool was to die for. I don't like hot tubs but the one there was very popular. I saw no bugs as some ...

The pictures of the hotel looked great, thats when I should have stopped. My party had two rooms. The phones did not work, the bed,the chair, the rug and pillow cases all had some kind of stains on them. Ants were in one room, the lamp in one room did not have a shade on it and we even called the desk about it and nothing was done.Save your money and go further down on Richmond Rd. where the hotels and restaurants are much newer.

I paid $140 for a Saturday night stay, and my room was on the first floor. When I walked into my room, it didn't look like the pictures on their website - it wasn't as nice and seemed smaller. The shower was dripping continuously, and I had a difficult time adjusting the temperature of the water. There was water stain on the shower ceiling. ...
We stayed in this hotel for one Saturday night. Our experience was mixed. PROS: The beds were wonderful. Some of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. I wanted to take the pillows home, but I knew I'd see that charge on the credit card! Room service was prompt and everything was delicious. CONS: There was huge gaping hole in one ...
I checked in to the Four Points Sheraton in Williamsburg VA, only to check out immediately. I was VERY disapointed. This room was not suitable for a dog stay in. It seems as if others who wrote good reviews stayed in suites and were very satisfied. So if you're not booked in a suite, forget it! I noticed that the email confirmation recieved ...
