Housekeeping is horrible

I am a Soldier who because of school was assigned lodging at the Ramada in Petersburg, VA. The hotel, staff, breakfast, bistro, and parking were all great! My constant problem was with the housekeepers. I complained a minimum of 3 times about the lack of cleanliness that the housekeepers were demonstrating. Many times I would not have fresh towels ...

It was a pleasure to stay at the Ramada Plaza and use dining facility for breakfast. We have had at least two social gatherings at the restaurant, and the wait staff as well as the bartender was courteous and professional. My favorite meals there was the Philly cheese steak sub.

My wife and i recently visited Petersburg VA from our home in PA and we were lucky enough to stay at The Ramada Plaza in that town. From the time that we first made reservations to the minute that we checked out for our return home, we found our experience to be delightful. The staff was courteous, helpful, and beyond capable.

The location of the hotel is convenient - right off the interstate. The rooms are very large and beautifully decorated. The pool is very private, not in the middle of everything and with a restaurant right on the premises, you don't have to go far to enjoy your day!

This hotel is under rennovation, me and my wife both agree it will be awesome when it is finished! The area is growing up too! i remember years ago when it was not safe to go near that side of town, but it is coming out of the dark ages, the people are realizing that there is the wonder of rennovation to make the world a better place!!
