I have stayed at this hotel many times because of it's location and cost. The last time I traveled alone and am wheelchair bound. I was unable to get into the office area to check-in or even eat breakfast because there was only a step. There was no ramp for me to get my wheelchair in. I am planning another trip alone and won't stay here for that reason. Office staff was friendly, but I needed it accessible.

There is nothing outstanding about this hotel. But it has nice friendly service, clean rooms, and accessibility for those who have a lot to do with Brigham Young University. It is very convenient to all of the activiites one needs in that regard, and to dining and shopping.
