I had a family member coming for a conference to salt lake from california and the group book the little america. The picture they were shown was of the grand tower. They were booked in the garden area. It was more like a 2 star hotel. The doors have enterneces to the outside of the hotel and no interior hallways. The area is very loud and is only ...

If you want to stay in a hotel for business or pleasure this is it. Best stay in a hotel I have ever experienced, and I am in the hospitality business.
The service was first rate from time of pick up at the airport by the free shuttle until I was delivered back to the airport for departure. The grounds are wonderfully groomed. The lobby was comfortable and beautiful at the same time. The shops had an upscale boutique feel. I never made it to the pool! The breakfast buffet was amazing. I am ...
If you're used to staying at Hiltons or Marriotts then I would NOT recommend this hotel. I booked this hotel based on it being 4 stars and high ratings on Yahoo. Thought it was going to be nicer than it was.
Too many kids, rooms look old, lobby was stinky. I later learned- a lot of the LDS people like this hotel, and it fits their ...
The room was big, nicer than expected, the heated swimming pool with view of mountains was wounderful, and spa area, and shopping rivaled a plush casino.
Stayed in the Garden, which is not connected to the main hotel. The rooms are fairly large with a balcony. The bathroom was just o.k but it was nice to have a separate sink outside the bathroom. Room was clean. I will stay here again if I return to SLC.
Use caution when booking this hotel. The website says its a 4 star hotel, but many of the rooms are not in the main hotel, but are the premises and are basically motel 6 like rooms with a spruced up interior. When its raining or snowing you get to walk across the large parking lot and either get wet or freeze. These rooms are also close to the ...
Date of visit was third week in May 2006. Very nice hotel and very economical (although I may've received convention rates). Beautiful all the way around. The would be a great hotel for the family. Some rooms on first floor are a little difficult to get to, so mention this if you have trouble walking or carrying luggage and they'll give ...
We live locally, about an hour south of S.L. on 5 acres in the mountains. But ocassionally we need a little city life, so we head to Little America with our 2 grandsons. The staff is great with kids! We ride the trax, go to a show or Jazz game, swim in the indoor-out door pool, hit Crown Burger and back to the pool or hot tub. It is SO much better than Disneyland. Much cheaper, too.
