Since they are paired with the Westin Oaks on the other side of the mall, they flip flop my reservations when they ran out of rooms at the Westin Oaks. They initially gave me 2 rooms on 2 different floors, but then finally got us rooms right across the hall from the other.

The BEDS ARE LIKE HEAVEN. Down Pillows, mattress, and comforters. I didn't want to get out of bed.

This hotel offers everything: location, price, luxury, and service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bars/restaurants were wonderful. We loved our hotel room so much we didn't want to leave!

The rooms at the Westin Galleria are comfortable - make sure you request one of the "heavenly" rooms that the hotel is known for. The Westin Galleria is in a great location - right above the giant Galleria mall. And what else is there to do in Houston but shop? We stayed there the weekend of April 9, 2004 and the hotel looked like it had been recently remodeled. The rooms were large, comfortable and clean. Parking was free. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. And the Westin beds are the most comfortable anywhere. Overall, a great downtown hotel.
