Watch your credit card charges! This hotel authorized a huge chunk of change on my card without telling me (room was prepaid by my company), which really had me scrambling so as not to overdraw my account, and then charged me $60 for mini bar items I did not use, it took me a month to straighten out. Be very careful.

We had a very nice room on the corner of the hotel wiht a great view. The grounds were very nice. The breakfast at Treci's was great with terrific service. The location was a little out of the way for us but will go back.

Me and my fiance stayed jan 25th for a romantic getaway weekend we loved it soo much...too bad we never left the room to see some of the other areas of the hotel lol but we will be staying again valentines weekend this is our faorite hotel and the food was GREAT! oh the chocolate strawberries and champagne was awesome too!!

This was a beautiful hotel and for the most part the staff was very nice. The only problem we had was when we checked in there was a holiday party going on so the parking attendents wouldn't let us unload the car and park ourselves. Everyone in the Hotel was friendly and every effort was made for our comfort. The food was superb! There was a bang-up fireworks display for the $th of July.

For the amount we paid for the suite I expected a little more. A garden tub or at least cheaper rates for the movies.
The overall service, cleanliness and service is great. The gourmet food was not so gourmet. My boyfriend had the ziti and it looked so messy and thrown together. He ended up being sick from it.
The hotel is great but the food is horrible.

We stayed here my wedding night before my wife and I flew out of town to Lkae Tahoe (see Harvey's). The service was royal and appearance was superb. The best part was our room which overlooked the Mandalay Canal, the view was magnificent. I would recomend this to anyone especially since it was only $129.00 a night.

CHECK-IN: Front desk agents were unusual, and sometimes act real snobby. Sometimes they are okay, but there were inconsistencies in good customer service. The location of this hotel was extremely convenient. Our recent trip to Irving was for the Cowboys/Bears game on Thanksgiving Day. The staffs generosity and overall helpfulness was terrific. Our balcony room had a wonderful view of the city and the Los Colinos Horse statue fountain across the way. The room was tremendous a definite home away from home!!!!
