The pictures online make it seem that the hotel sits on a huge lake... It's basically a small pond around a section of the hotel. During our stay, the pond had a decent amount of floating debris and a slick of some sort on top of the water near the check in counter. I've never been to a hotel where the food was so consistenly bad. Room service, restaurant and convention food service was awful. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished. Staff was friendly but inept. Reservations were lost and it took multiple calls to get maintenance items fixed.

Hotel was beautiful. Room was nice (hands down, best part was the comfy bed with down quilts - heaven!). Really enjoyed the open breezeways and pond inside. I would definitely stay there again.

This place is perfect for stays during the District Convention. We loved everything about it....the location, the cleanlines, and the staff is beyond helpful! We highly recommend it for you too. :)

We were totally impressed with this hotel!! The staff was absolutely super to us and were very quick to offer any assistance. We felt very welcomed and would highly recommend it for not only stays during the conventions but also for a get-away-stay! We'll definitely return!

Although we weren't leaving town just yet, my new bride and I needed a nice play to stay on our wedding night. Not only did the Omni upgrade us to a junior suite from a regular room, but there were chocolate-covered strawberries and rose petals waiting in our room for us when we arrived after our reception.
