Clean, comfortable room: nice full-service restaurant inside (although a bit pricey for dinner). Easy to get to. Responsive staff: we had one problem with kids running up and down our hallway screaming late at night (we were near the hotel pool), but I called the front desk and they sent a security officer to take care of it.

Conveniently located just off of I-10 West.

I had an issue when I first checked in but they were handled immediately!

The desk clerks and bar staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel at ease.

- Fast Internet, but very poor latency and requires re-logon every few hours
- No wireless coverage in room, but ethernet did work
- Nice touch on beers and bottled water
- Nice "Executive" Area and treatment
- Nice live music by pool/bar
- Very good front desk service during check-in
- Very narrow room arrangement ...

Great Margarita class on fridays. Staff was excellent and room was clean.Close to airport and Mall was near by.We enjoyed our weekend in el Paso and will stay here again

I was bitten by one of the stray cats on the property, got rabies, and I couldn't sleep at all that night because of that stupid nightclub. I could hear and feel the bass from all the way on the other side of the Hotel, not to mention that the planes were also going overhead at 2/ minuite

Very overpriced. Paid $137/night before adding on all the taxes. 2 day stay was well over $300. The rooms are dated. Radisson is a much nicer hotel. Internet access was slow. Wireless never got more than "2 bars."

The pictures showing this hotel do an injustice to the actual room quality. I request problems in my room to be fixed, never happened. There are stray cats wandering about the property grounds. More concern is given to the attached night club than the guest comfort and maintence of the guest rooms. Anyone would be better off staying at a second rate hotel at least the disappointment would be the same, but would cost less.

Only good thing was the location next to the airport. There is a nightclub adjacent to the hotel and sure enough about 2am the rowdiness started: car doors, laughter, screams, and room doors slamming. Front walls of guest rooms are glass and do not keep noise out. Old carpeting as well as dirty tile in the bathroom. Overpriced for what you get. Will not return to this location.
