Service was professional and prompt when called upon, Location if you have a car is 5 Star but if you use a taxi it costs $6 just to get to the other side of the freeway so a trip downtown or to Reliant Stadium runs about $50 round trip w/tip, but the Bus Transit is located only a few blocks away on Hillcroft Ave., Cleanliness, the staff once again ...

We recently stayed here for the NCAA Regionals 2008 and had a great time. Overall the hotel is very nice and the staff is extremely friendly. Here are my goods and bads:

it was right next o the stadiums and all the cool stuff(museums,parks, buildings,etc.)in Houston. It was luxurious and big the service was nice. Free Valet Parking also!

Located right in the middle of all beltways and highways, so if you drive its a great location. Hotel staff was very friendly. The food in the restaurant was great and prices were reasonable.

THE HOTEL STAFF WAS POLITE AND HELPFUL, WE ENJOYED THE STAY HOWEVER HAD ONE COMPLAINT THE CLEANING STAFF SHOULD PAY MORE ATTENTION TO CLEANING THE BATHROOM.

The service was wonderful. Every employee that we met at the hotel on our self tour was nice. Everyone greeted you upon entry and exit. Housekeeping kept our room nice and orderly and kept our bathroom stocked with fresh towels and clothes. The restaurant served excellent food.
