We had an unscheduled trip to make over thanksgiving. we booked the read hotel online. everything was perfect, the hotel is beautiful, clean, all the employees made sure they spoke to us and asked if we needed anything. The area was in the business district we felt very safe walking around even at night. they have a shuttle that takes you to the airport which is handy.

There were many things i liked about my stay but the thing that impressed me the most was how friendly the valet staff was! A first class hotel with the charm of days gone by. It's pricey, but everything is first rate. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The room was very nice but it was a smoking room with NO venilation so I rotinely had to open the door to the hall. (Not welcomed by the other guests I'm sure)
The restaurant had a great chef, but the meal was overpriced. (Don't get a Martini.. $24.00 per)
We had a pretty good stay overall but I think there is better value to be had in Chattanooga.

The hotel is located in downtown and you can take the electric shuttle to many of the tourist locations. Room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel was very clean. Got to the room, it was way smaller than website led you to beleive, the TV did not work, it took a while for the engineering people to replace. We had to request our room be cleaned and had to beg for more towels. But the bed made up for everything, it was awesome.

Very polite & helpful staff. The rooms were clean and very comfortable beds. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Chattanooga.
