Rude staff, The people treats you like nothing until they find out you are staying there, one valet person was rude to one person picking me up.
I have had a much more pleasurable stay at the loews hotel then this over rated hotel.

My husband and I stayed there for a couple of nights because we didn't have a honeymoon due to the fact that we got married the night before Katrina in New Orleans. The staff was amazing, and the valet guys remembered my dog's name. The Capitol Grille was under renovations, but the dinner was still first class. I work at Saks Fifth Avenue, and I know great service. This hotel exceeded our expectations.

My husband and I spent a couple nights away in Nashville and stayed here. I didn't want to leave the hotel! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We couldn't believe the value of the room. We got a night's stay here as a honeymoon present. Gorgeous place, wonderful service. Chocolate-dipped strawberries and champagne were in our room when we got there. Our floor was very quiet even though we were in the middle of downtown on Saturday night.
