The staff was very, very pleasant and helpful. I wasn't sure how nice a place it was going to be because the price was so reasonable. To my surprise, it was the best value I've found in a long time. The room was clean and although the location was in an industrial area, I felt safe in this location. I would not hesitate to stay there again. The free breakfast was great too.

We booked this hotel for its "state of the art fitness center" and "Wi-Fi", outdoor pool to lounge in the summer.

The overall experience was bad. The hotel was not clean and to top all things off, My father is wheelchair bound and after making a reservation with a request for wheelchair accessible room they front desk guy(who was dressed like he had not slept in three days) told us that someone had given the room away.

I have to say that I am confused about the rating system used with this hotel. It was ranked a 3 diamond by AAA (one of the highest rankings given)and I have to say that I have stayed in hotels recently ranked as 2 Diamonds that were FAR superior to this hotel.

Initially the place looked rather nice, but then again I arrived rather early in the morning. The desk clerk stated he would arrange my stay to accomodate my arrival, but when the morning staff came on nothing was on file and they weren't willing to honor the statement of their night-clerk. Overall, it was a poor experience for me and I doubt that I would stay there again if I were ever in the area.
