Beautiful location with great view of the mountains and city. The hotel needs some upkeep in general-paint, etc. The size of the room was fine. The carpets were filthy with many stains and obviously worn in places. You wouldn't want to walk around on it with socks on. The resturant breakfast buffet was good with a chief preparing omelet, etc.

We stayed there in July.. The hotel sits way away from everything on top of this hill that is dangerous to get to. The rooms were old and not the cleaniest. The beds were very uncomfortable and the bath room was so tiny you could barely turn around. The pool was horrible, you had a really deep pool and a VERY shallow pool. Not great for non ...

After staying at the Park Vista for three nights in August, I'm so shocked at the terrible reviews. We ate at the restaurant, our kids stayed at the pool, and the hotel was NOT a dump. Our room was tastefully decorated, clean, and DID NOT smell. We were there for a convention, and we had no problems getting an elevator or with the staff. ...

bar/gift shop/ great Breakfast buffet and dinner- it was so nice we bought a gift certificate for our son and daughter in law. Indoor pool/ huge conference areas, everything was immaculate. Call the hotel directly for the best rates though.

We stayed last year,my daughter loved it she was five ,we plan to return,park vista is good place for kids,I realy enjoyed the peace and quite ,the hotel wasn't crowded we were able to enjoy all that it offered.Im a big movie fan,Park vista is one of very few hotels in gatlinburg that offers pay per view movies. Great hotel for the price.

I stayed here the weekend I proposed to my fiancee. The service of the hotel, not to mention the incredible view, completed the weekend. We cant wait to go back for our honeymoon!

This Hotel is really a dump. The view is the best part, but There are many many places to stay to enjoy the views.

The food was not so bad, but not what You would expect for the prices. The balcony off of Our room had piles of pealing paint and small chunks of concrete falling off the side , Our view was nice, but you can not enjoy it anyway ...

how nice the hotel was and how well the rooms looked loved the view all around will be back soon to see it all again I hope

We considered our hotel as very classy with absolutely
wondrous view of the Smokies. It was better than a typical three-star hotel although the elevators were small
