Loved it all!!!View is breathtaking.Service is great.Restaruant has GREAT breakfast and excellent steaks and seafood.You will not be disapointed.Service is excellent and staff very accomodating.

My wife and I went here on vacation in 1993.
We had the best time ever second we were there.
Really enjoyed the bears that come at night to eat out of the dumpsters.
We were on the 9th floor and could see everything. It was breath-taken. If at all possible you will want to stay here. You will not ever regret it. The city near by is a couples play ground.

This was the first time I had ever been to Gatlinburg and it was great, the view was incredible, the people and staff were very friendly and helpful, and its just a trolly ride away from everything. We will deffinatly be back to the Park Vista!! Thanks for such an enjoyable first visit to Gatlinburg.

My family and I stayed at the Park Vista for four days in August. We loved it. We will be going again. The views are perfect and the stay was great. I don't know where some of the bad reviews come from, but I can't see staying anywhere else in Gatlinburg. My 2 year old daughter loved the indoor pool.

one of the cleanest and nicest hotel I have ever been in. The service was great and the bartender could realy mix a good drink.

Our experience at this hotel was really good until check out. The desk clerk was rude and falsely accused my son of something while my son was present. I am very appalled. Actually, I cannot express how upset my family was at this. I could not contact the general manager or anyone else to inform them of this situation either. I would NOT recomend this hotel to anyone...especially anyone with children.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed in gatlinburg. To get there you have to get on airport rd. light# 8 on merge left and Go up this STEAP STEAP rd. You can't miss it, you can see it from every where. The rooms were clean. We liked Elenores. It costes 10 more dollors to stay above the 9th floor.

My husband and I stayed here in May of 2002 and absolutely loved it. We were on the thirteenth floor and our room had just been redone. They were still renovating some of the other rooms on that floor but we were in no way disrupted by the construction. Our room was clean and well taken care of.

We didn't use the pool, but we did dine in ...

our room was on the 13th floor....fyi- you have to request upper floor & pay 10 dollars extra to be above the 9th floor but well worht every penny). what a view!! awesome room...big bathroom....beautiful interior of the hotel...pools were enormous...hot tub was very inviting...the resturaunt was nice as well....the whole stay was perfect.....I'll be back someday!!!
