We could not sleep some one had a party let out at 4am with drunk teenagers the police had to be called in.You have to pay for the internet. And the Beds were dirty.
We came home with something not sure
what it was like someone had put itching powder on the Bed.Next time
we will do what we always do rent a cabin.

The service has declined to a point that I WILL NOT be staying there again. Besides the $50.00 phone deposit, and .76 cents for a local call, there is a $50.00 deposit for high speed internet service plus $9.95 for 24 hours. The hotel ...

It is a great place to stay. The view is great. We love to stay there when we go to Gatlinburg. The service is always good, so are the rooms. The rooms are big with a great view of the town.

Loved the location. Everything about it was excelent.The security was very good. Excellent food service.We can"t wait to come back. The view of the mountians was beautiful.

The service was awesome and people were so friendly. The hotel was so clean and the view was breath taking. I would refer anyone to this hotel. The prices are great and completely affordable.

I LOVE THE CHARACTER OF THIS PLACE. ALTHOUGH IT MAY BE A LITTLE OLDER, IT IS VERY WELL KEPT. WE'VE ENJOYED CHOOSING THIS PLACE FOR THE PAST FEW YEARS, TWICE THIS YEAR & HOPE TO MAKE IT AN ANNIVERSARY HAPPENING FOR THE YEARS TO COME.

We stayed for 2 nights (8/10/07). The bathroom smelled like vomit, windows were very dirty, view was obstruced by overgrown trees, HVAC vents were black with mold, mattress was broken down, carpets throughout the hotel are heavily soiled, pools had green algae growing on the sides. I'm sure this was a nice hotel at one time but not been taken care of at all. I would not recommend it and certainly don't plan to stay there again!

Park Vista is a nice place to stay. The pool area is indoors, so you can swim year-round. The lobby area is impressive and the rooms are clean and comfortable with great views of the mountains.
