Great for Family Gatherings

We celebrated our family Christmas here. It was aweome. They are doing some work to the property (wall vinyl and carpet) Our rooms were clean and close together. The pools were warm and perfect for the kids. The restaurant had great pizza and the Bloody Mary's were fabulous!

I can't express my disappointment with this hotel enough. The staff (front desk) was extremely rude to my family and myself. They often felt inconvenienced. Must I remind you that we're the customers. The rooms were not impressive. The bathroom was filthy and our friends 15 mo. old found a cigarette butt by the bed in their non-smoking ...

I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE RAMKOTA HOTEL BECAUSE THEY MAKE YOU FEEL WELCOMED AND THERE CLEANINESS IS THE BOMB.I AM GOING BACK IN SEVEN DAYS FOR THE 1200TH TIME BECAUSE THAT IS HOW GREAT THEY ARE. Great family hotel

This is a great hotel for family entertaining.

Rooms were clean, and had plenty of pillows and towels.

We have stayed here before and have always had good accomodations, and a great time.

We loved the pool area at the hotel and the fact that it was near to the mall and a lot of the restaurants in town. However, the bathroom in our room was NASTY!!! I really didn't feel comfortable taking a shower in there and it made me wonder what else was dirty in the room. Also, the cleaning staff was just rude. We had until 11:00 am to check ...

Who cares?

The staff went through the motions, never really wanting to fix my experience. There was dog hair in the bed and bunches on the floor. It took three times for the person to get just the bed fixed. Then I got terible service in the bar. (This is usually better than average there) I had a very bad stay. I did report this all to the manager. He offered no compensation and no appology.
