This hotel has been improved tremendously since undergoing a complete renovation and conversion from a Sheraton to a Radisson. The area of town is still a little sketchy (lots of closed businesses at this exit off I-20). There was also a lady panhandling in the parking lot approaching everyone in sight.
The 2005 reviews obviously pre-date the renovation and change from Sheraton to Radisson.
Our one-bedroom suite was clean, nicely furnished and included a flat-screen tv and Sleep Number bed.
The atrium lobby and bar were busy all evening as was Columbo's restaurant, where we ate Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast. Our dinner, ...

Hotel has recently been renovated

The hotel was completely renovated in July, 2006 and is very nice now. Our room had a sleep number bed so it was extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.
I think the reviews below are when it was still Sheraton. Now as the Radisson, it is so much better, loved the room, loved the Sleep number beds, and Columbo's restaurant is fantastic, although restaurant service is a little slow

the sheraton

over all i enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I wish the prices were a little bit more reasonable, but then again you pay for what you get, so with that said i really can't complain.
