My family stays in hotels 3-5 times a year. We thought that we had become pretty good about our selection process: visit the hotel website, check room layouts and amenities, 4 stars minimum, always read customers comments, talk to friends. We did it all this time.

Great hotel. Staff goes above and beyond and seem to really care about us. They seem to love their jobs. The food in the restaurant was suberb and service was great. Scott the manager was very helpfull and professional. He made us feel like home away from home. Can't waite to stay their again.

I show up at 11:00pm - get a key - the room is on another floor way down the hall, open the door and the room was never cleaned from the person before, grab all my stuff back to the front desk, tell them the problem and not even a sorry or comp - it was like they were doing me a favor by getting me a room. The other room was damp and needed a good cleaning. Will not stay there again..

Front desk personel were friendly. Note that wifi in lobby is free, but internet service in room is not free. That is a bit misleading on their website. I was a little vexed at having to spend 10 bucks to check emails after getting settled in as I really didn't want to go sit in the lobby. Noisy air conditioning unit. Bed was comfortable.
