Noise all night awful

We checked in and was given a room that overlooked a dinning area. But later that evening we heard loud noise and found out that they were having a party in the atrium right outside our room. We complainted and nothing was done. We stayed at this hotel thinking that we would have a pleasant get way but we were right in the middle of a loud party !! Disappointing. We will not be staying in this hotel again.

Very dated old property

We thought this a top notch hotel but when we got there we found out that it was not true. We received a room in their old section along the busy highway. All night long we heard trucks driving and did not get any sleep. When we complainted it seem that they did not care. Not even a I am sorry !! We will not be staying at this hotel again. Next time we will try the Eden Resort.

Worst stay of our life--Stay away !

We just came back from a trip to Lancaster and will never stay at the Willow Valley! The room we got was in an old part of the hotel. The price that we paid we expected much better.

This will be my second trip back!

I enjoy our stay the first time around. I have a 6 year old daughter. She loved the pool and can't wait to get back to Willow Valley with her cousins. Overall, I enjoyed the hotel and the amenities.

You will either love it or hate it depending upon your expectations and which room you choose. My opinion is to stay away from the south building as it is tired and old as many reviewers have expressed. You would assume that the atrium building is the best based on the price, but I think the center building is a better value. Yes, there are ...

Love this place. It has always been top notch for families. Very reasonable if your kids are 12 or under. Staff has always been careing and goes out of it's way to accomodate. The rooms are always immaculate and have been recently renovated. They are on the small size but can be considered cozy. The quality and flavor of the food over the years ...

Bad Food, Long Lines - Tired Old Rooms

Willow Valley is a tired old hotel that peaked about 4 or 5 years ago, when we first went there. At that time, the staff was friendly, and efficient and the facilities were well-maintained.
Throughout the years the service, food and ameneties have become progressively worse. We won't be coming back.

Our girls just loved the indoor water park and dutch wonderland is so close! The rooms were clean and the outside duck pond was beautiful.

Service was nothing special. Food was very bad at the restaurant. Dinner and breakfast both were bland and badly done. Every item sampled in the morning (with the exception of the boxed cereal for kids that they ran out of) tasted bad. For dinner, again the food was bland and downright bad. Rooms were clean and well maintained,staff was great, waterpark and pools also great.
Restaurant, great selection at breakfast
a little slow at the omlette station. A long line and slow service. Dinner selection also great, something for everyone, kids loved it.
The only complaint( we stayed in March) long long,long walk inside to restaurant. A couple of staircases to climb, our friends had a very hard time with a stroller.
