Everyone was always courteous and professional. Kid friendly atomosphere, which made our trip away from home so much better. Our second stay. Looking forward to next year.

Was a little worried based on the other reviews but my stay was nothing but pleasant. Had a wonderful weekend, the hotel is the perfect location for walking to everything downtown. Beds were so comfortable, even if the room was a little on the small side. The staff that I encountered was very friendly. We booked a special weekend rate that included parking, I would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Harrisburg

You cannot beat the location, right in downtown. We could walk to everything and not have to worry about the car. All of the beds were brand new when we stayed and very comfortable. The elevators were getting worked on, but overall everyone was so nice. We really enjoyed our stay!
