Beside the need for a make over, the elevator had a distinct 'clunk' on each floor stop. Breakfast bar was way too small, fortunately it had an outdoor patio with one table and chairs.
Sign olding breakfast hours was so tired it leaned to the left- I didn't investigate the spa.

Good location, quiet, good value, decent basic cont. breakfast. Decent room, bathroom, and reasonably clean, no real complaints. Nice and close to Washinton Square Mall.
