We had a large room with a king size bed. The sliding glass door opened out onto a patio (not private), which over-looked the pond. The room was clean, the towels were fluffy, and enough shampoo, soap, etc., to get you through the shower. The room had a microwave, frig, and a coffee maker. It was a large room. However, the Shilo at Washington Sq. offers a free wireless and a continental breakfast, which this facility does not. The Washington Sq. rooms are smaller, but I will stay there in the future (so long as their rates are low).

It worked out fine for what I needed at the last minute. The room temperature would fluctuate a lot and I had to keep turning on and off the conditioning/heating unit. Flourescent lights in the room could be modernized. The breakfast was pretty basic.
