Never have I had such an appauling experience at a hotel - this is a MOTEL in everyway from the service (General Manager is petty and unattentive) to the food, to the hot tub (frothy mixture of contaminants floating on water). I highly recommend you book somewhere else - this place is in a downward spiral.

This is the old Holiday Inn, but now its BRAND NEW!!!! Quality Inn of Stillwater, same great staff and good service. I enjoyed my stay here very much. I would recomend it to anyone.

This place is falling down! It used to be the Holiday Inn but now is the Quality Inn and I can understand why! Dirty room, hair in bathroom, unaccomodating management and unwillingness to recify issues. Stay somewhere else and save yourself the headaches.
