Kathy, very sweet!!!!We checked in on a week night and the lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly her name was Kathy, We went to our room it was very warm in ther and the ac did not work, we called the desk and she did move us to a new room which was fine.. WandaWanda claimed to be the manager and was very rude, she refused to take a 100.00 dollar bill from me, she told me that I had to go next door and get chage. When I got to my room it was clean but the a/c didn't work. I called her and she said she would see what she could do and get back to me. victoria the desk help was rudefirst of all the woman at the front desk who said her name was victoria was sitting on the sofa watching tv when we arrived,
then she had to wait till a commercial came on before she would help us.
I thought this to be quite unprofesional.

Awful: Days Inn DurantWent to Lake Texoma and wanted to save some money, but still stay at a name brand hotel that would have non-smoking rooms (versus some cabin or small motel that often has all smoking rooms).
