The lobby was beautiful and peaceful, with the waterfall.

I was very disappointed in the room, no refrigerator or microwave. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever had in a hotel ( seemed to be an old matress).
The TV did not want to come on and the channels to view are very limited.

The hotel and wait staff is unparalleled and provided some of the best service I have encountered, however the hotel itself leaves much to be desired. The hotel, featuring a late 80s, early 90s motif is in serious need of an update. Rooms are stuffy, humid and odorous. Bed linens are antiquated as are the furnishings and the in-room TV.

We have always enjoyed this hotel, but the people were exceptionally friendly and helpful this trip. We really enjoyed our stay.

I do not recommend the Breakfast buffet, but heir menu items were excellent.
