Its probably the best place i havae ever been to cant wait to go back i loved the swimmng pool. It was just great all around. If you ahve kids you will love it

This is a wonderful hotel located in the heart of the capital of our great state of Ohio. As true Buckeyes, we have found it to be one of the best places to stay, not only in Ohio, but in this entire great nation of ours!

I like the usual Westin favorites..heavenly bed, double head shower..but the property seems scaled down compared to other Westin properties..no free morning coffee, no platinum club, rooms are smaller..looks a downgrade compared to other Westin properties.

very well, there was nothing that I disliked
there were plent of resturants in the area
just a short drive or taxi to the short north for some great food

Everything about the hotel is gorgeous! Combine the atmosphere with the "heavenly bed", pleasant staff, excellent service and you have an unforgetable stay!!! Can't wait to go back!

i like everything about the westin, i like the chech in clerk, i liked the door services, liked the room availibles, like the beds, pools, i mean love it there!

The hotel was in a refurbished building and had a nice lobby. The room was small and cramped as was the bathroom. I was not very happy when they tried to charge me $20 to park in a flat lot with no entrance to the hotel. Valet parking was an additiona $20. I chose not to use Valet parking and I had to carry my luggage over a block to get to a hotel ...

For a Westin hotel, I was very disappointed. The rooms were very small and had poor temperature control.

I love old, grand hotels so I decided to stay at this one because I'd heard it had just been renovated. The lobby is beautiful. The restaurant was good for buffet breakfast.
