Upon check-in, our room temperature was 90 degrees, the A/C was not working. It took 3 phone calls for them to even check it. The next morning, it had "cooled down" to 80, and the ventilation system went down. At this time, a strong odor of sewer gas started coming from the tub drain. Two phone calls later, and a trip to the front ...

Not the nicest Quality Inn
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/14/07
We stoped here on the way home from Florida. The best thing about this place was the size of the suites. They were huge and good for large families. The sofa bed was in very poor condition and the overall apperence of the room was kind of run down. It was nice to have 2 tv's. Couldn't find the free breakfast. Asked for an extra pillow and the walk to the lobby was very long.

Also, someone checked into a room next to us at 1:30 am and it sounded as if they were in our room. We didn't sleep the whole night. The room did have a fridge and microwave. There was a ...

comfort at a'quality' inn
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/04/05
I always enjoy my two 'one night stands' at the Quality Inn in Lumberton, N.C. My kids and I usually arrive aggravated and exhausted from our first day of our 24 hour drive to Florida, and within minutes we are checked in and comfortably sprawled out on our beds eager to get a good night's sleep. The rooms are always clean and stocked ...
