We stayed for two nights at this Best Western when we were on vacation and visiting the Biltmore Estate. It is only approximately 3 miles from the Estate and conveniently located near the mall and restaurants -- Dillard's, JC Penneys, Sears, Belk, etc. plus a food court (the IHOP near the mall was excellent). The rooms were VERY clean and ...

The room accommodations were satisfactory for a cheap short stay hotel, but warning, most of it is under low budget renovation. We were there two days and there were nail guns banging during most daylight hours. It was impossible to relax in the room.
We gave the management a number of opportunities to make it right but they refused. No ...
My wife and I have stayed at this Best Western several times, both for business and pleasure. We've always been completely satisfied with our experience. I've travelled to 49 countries and stayed as some 5 star hotels, and some dumps, and I don't hesitate to complain if the hotel doesn't meet reasonable expectations for it's ...

my boyfriend and i stayed for one night and it was exactly what we needed. it was very clean, cheap, easily accessible, good breakfast (make your own waffles!), good service. we plan on going back to asheville and will defintely stay here again! BTW- free internet access in the lobby
we really liked the hotel. It was very clean, with comfortable beds and I actually liked the pillows. (i always take my own pillows when I travel). Breakfast was nice but about the same as any other conteniental breakfast. there is no bathroom off the breakfast area. This was very inconvenient

Place looks to be at least 20 years old. Phone worked horribly and maintenance never came to fix it. A/C didn't work correctly. Internet phased in and out of connectivity. Breakfast was a sham. Not anywhere near a $89 per night hotel.

Hotel was clean and nice with an excellent price. The staff was very friendly. The lady who cleaned our room had been working there over 10 years and did an excellent job.
Easy to find right off highway and easy access to downtown area with nice restaurants and galleries and shops (4-5 minutes) and to shopping (3-4 minutes) and to many fast-food type restaurants (2-3 minutes).

Good value, but nothing exceptional. Other hotels are better.
