This hotel is old, dirty, and moldy. We had a water drip coming down from the ceiling right over our bed. The mattress was uncomfortable and the bedclothes looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in years.
A disgusting place and the staff not friendly. Avoid this one at all costs. The bathroom tile was mildewed, old, and falling off. Disgusting.

I was trying to book an event in their banquet facilities and found the entire experience horrible. The marketing and sales representative and banquets coordinator had no idea what she was doing nor did she have any regard for customer service and how she spoke to me. I found the entire affair, shortlived because I immediately cancelled after this ...

Great little hotel-- I always check in when I'm in town for an event at Cornell. Good value and service. Not a lot of frills, but sometimes that's a good thing!

I was very impressed with the hospitality of the staff.
