I stayed here every time I come to NY at Christmas time. This is my fourth time. Never had a problem. Everyone is courteous and helpful. Great location.

My wife and I stayed at the Sheraton Manhattan for one week. Great location, close to major attractions in and near Times Square. Staff was helpful. Very noisy with lots of young kids. The room was small. The hallway needs some care. The housekeeper forgot to leave clean face towels in the bathroom one day. The food in the restaurant was mediocre and expensive. Two IPODS came up missing from our room.
Will not stay again.

Some non smoking rooms smelled of cigarettes. We did have to change rooms when we arrived but after move, we were very happy to have a view of Central Park.
