We always stay at this hotel. It is an older hotel but the rooms are much bigger than it's sister hotel accross the street. When we were there just a month ago they were changing all the beds and bedding. It is very spacious for New York (I don't know what people are talking about not having enough room??? do you not realize you are in ...

The rooms are very small and there was 2 adults and 2 kids they only offer rooms with double beds (very small) and it was very hard to get in touch with someone at the front desk or guest services we were put on hold and finally just went down stairs to talk to someone they were all just standing around taking to each other. The restaraunt was ...
My husband and I just came back from NYC. We were suppose to stay at the sheraton for three nights we stayed ONE!
The room first of all was dirty, it didn't even look like it was cleaned. The hotel and rooms were so hot about 75-80 degrees. When we asked them to fix our air conditioner they came and opened our window! Then told us the ...

My husband and I recently stayed at the Sheraton Manhattan Times Square. From the moment we arrived at the front desk, everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The bellman brought us to our room and gave us many helpful tips about the area. Our room was a joy to stay in. We liked it so much we decided to extend our stay to another night. The customer ...

Will not stay at this hotel again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/01/08
My wife and I stayed at the Sheraton Manhattan for one week. Great location, close to major attractions in and near Times Square. Staff was helpful. Very noisy with lots of young kids. The room was small. The hallway needs some care. The housekeeper forgot to leave clean face towels in the bathroom one day. The food in the restaurant was mediocre and expensive. Two IPODS came up missing from our room. Will not stay again.
Some non smoking rooms smelled of cigarettes. We did have to change rooms when we arrived but after move, we were very happy to have a view of Central Park.

My husband and I had a wonderful time. We invited friends this time who also stayed at the Sheraton. The location is great you can't ask for better. The price is good and I need to mention that last year when we took our annual trip to NYC, I had a medical emergency and after returning from the hospital that same day, the staff checked on me ...

We are starwood gold members and spent 24,000 points for two rooms on New Years Eve this year to stay in a HOT, SMALL, DIRTY room. Stains on the carpet, ugly bathrooms! Shame on the Sheraton!!!!!!!. The only good thing was the location. Mrs. Piester of NJ
