We stayed as a family of four with two small boys in dec 08 and can't rate it high enough. The rooms were a great size and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is spot on. Would definately stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Affinia 50. We were visiting New York City to experience it during the holiday season and everything was magic including the hotel. The room was wonderful and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was very convenient to 5th Avenue shopping and Rockefeller. We would recommend this hotel.

We booked for a long weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary in June 07.
I asked for flowers for my wife in our room and arrived to find excellent flowers alongside a complimentary bottle of champagne.
This is a great hotel in a great location and the beds really are as good as everyone says.
Don't hesitate to stay here.

The Affinia 50 was given as a selection for us through Travelocity. We stayed just one night because I live in nearby new jersey but this hotel was very stylish, very comfortable, and very friendly. The room I stayed in wasn't large, but it wasn't cramped either. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. Our view was terrible, but we really didn't care, i didn't plan to do much sight seeing from my room anyway. I stayed at the Affinia 50 for a week and a half last summer and it was a great experience. The rooms are VERY big and very clean. I had heard bad stories about NY hotels because the rooms are supposedly all so small there for lack of space, but the Affinia was probably bigger than any hotel room I have stayed at in any other state. The room service was very good, too! Great location, was able to walk everywhere from there except Broadway!
