We just spent a night at this hotel and even though we got one of the renovated rooms the mattress was uncomfortable, the sheets scratchy, there were only two towels in the room, no mini bar, room service closed at 11:00pm. I have been to hotels that offered this service for 1/3 the price. I will just stay at a Marriott the next time and earn some hotel points.

Incredible ambiance. Great food. Impeccable service. Superior all the way.
