Glad We Stumbled Upon This Hotel...

My fiance and I were traveling back from Niagara Falls when our car broke down. We had to WALK to the closest hotel and it just happened to be this one. overpriced and subject to glitches

We have stayed twice at this hotel, the last time in 2005.
The first time we stayed there was a power failure, not the hotel's fault, admittedly.
The second time we stayed, there was a problem with the key cards, and we could not get into our room! (after 7 hours on the road). It took a while for this to be resolved but we did finally manage ...

Fire Exit door locked at all times!!!!

3 day use of largest ballroom. Unsafe regarding cords for electrical items we used. Cords were in pathway between tables very easy to trip over. One fire exit door to the outside was LOCKED at all times from the inside. Had to ask to have it open, then it was propped open with a door stop.

Rooms were clean.
Value was a package price.
