my wife and I came in for a wedding. The place is newly renovated and was told they were begining renovating the exterior. We had a brand new room with a beautiful bathroom. The staff was really helpful in getting us directions. The hotel was directly on the water which was a really nice setting as well. It was extremely quiet and just an overall pleasure.

Having stayed many times for extended stays over the last 10 years, I've found all employees to be extremely helpful,going out-of-the-way to assure complete satisfaction...EVERY time! It is the ONLY motel I will utilize on Long Island. Jim S.

9/06 Called and was told rates shown are not accurate and were never placed by them.

Used motel in 2005 and rate at registration different than quoted also but too late to change locations said would 'check' and send refund ... never happened
